President’s letter

Dear Little Falls Swim Club Member:
Though this letter greets you in the doldrums of winter, the 2011 swim season is just a few short months away. We have vastly simplified the membership packet this year, moving most of the small print and pool information to the LFSC website (www.littlefallsswimmingclub.com). There you will find the LFSC rules and regulations, under-7 parent permission forms, swim/dive team and social schedules, tennis information, etc.
So now, your path to membership renewal is just 3 easy steps:
- Complete your 2011 Dues Invoice: the form should be self-explanatory, but if you have any questions, please consult the LFSC website where you will find answers as well as contact information for our Membership Chair and Membership Secretary.
- Update your Member Profile: on the back of your dues invoice, you will find your household information as it exists in the LFSC database as of 2/1/2011. Please verify that it is complete and correct. If not, please update it. We will be transitioning to email-only communication this year so you must include an active e-mail address. Also, in case of emergencies, please include a current cell phone number. We will not give out this information to anyone else. This applies to ALL members and Associates, including inactive members and Associates.
- Mail your signed Membership Profile, completed Dues Invoice and payment by March 15 to LFSC, PO, Box …
For those thinking about resigning their membership, remember you are entitled to a refund of your equity share, which is listed on the attached profile.
I encourage you to use the LFSC website which will be updated regularly during the season. If you do not have web access or prefer to get hard copies of any of the materials please contact the Membership Secretary, Denise Coffin at 301-718-1686.
