Bridge remains closed –July 8

The tree is finally clear from the bridge to the pool parking lot, HOWEVER, once the tree was removed we saw damage that needs to be inspected by an expert before vehicles can safely use the bridge.  We hope to have the inspection completed this weekend; meanwhile, the bridge is open to pedestrians only.  We realize its a huge inconvenience and are working to get the bridge open asap.  Also, thank you for the offers to help clear the tree, but because of the size of the tree and potential for damage to the bridge we needed experts with proper equipment (e.g., crane).
