Emperor Penguins (Session 3)

Emperor Penguins is an adult swimming program for Little Falls
Swimming Club Equity Members and Full and End-of-Season Guests ages 19
and older. We welcome swimmers of all skill levels!

– There will be three sessions this summer:
        – Session 1: June 3rd to June 26th (4 weeks)
        – Session 2: July 8th to July 31st (4 weeks)
        – Session 3: August 5th to August 21st (3 weeks)
– We will practice twice a week at Little Falls, Tuesdays and
Thursdays, in the evening from 7:00 to 8:00 pm
– Practices will focus on aerobic exercise and improving stroke and
efficiency and will be adjusted as needed for the group
– Practices will be taught by summer 2022 and 2023 Emperor Penguin
coach Jill Berger. Jill is a University of Pittsburgh Swim Team and LF
Penguin alum.
– Costs are: $100 (each) for sessions 1 and 2 , and $85 for session 3
payable to the instructor by cash, check, or Venmo. You are welcome to
sign-up for as many sessions as you’d like. We will try to schedule
makeup classes in the event of pool closure.
